Quest is led by the Governing Elder Board, the Senior Pastor, and the Staff. We do not consider “elder” a title limited to the governing board, so several Elders who previously served on the board continue to provide leadership and wise counsel within the church.
The Governing Elder Board guides the church’s mission, spiritual health, goals, and budget, and holds the Senior Pastor accountable for implementing the vision in a healthy and effective way.
Quest has one of the healthiest governance models among churches, clearly defining the roles of board, Senior Pastor, and staff, creating both clarity and meaningful accountability.
