Jeremy Shelley serves as the Senior Pastor of Quest Vineyard Church and has been part of the Quest community since 2010. He is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, grow in authentic community, and discover their role in God’s mission in the world.

Jeremy has spent many years investing in the spiritual formation of students, families, and leaders. Before serving as Senior Pastor, he worked extensively in youth ministry and leadership development, helping churches build healthy systems for discipleship and intergenerational ministry. His heart for the church is simple: to see people grow into mature followers of Jesus who love God, love one another, and serve their community.

In addition to his role at Quest, Jeremy has worked with Ministry Architects, partnering with churches to develop sustainable ministry strategies and equip leaders for long-term impact.

Jeremy’s teaching style is rooted in Scripture, practical for everyday life, and accessible for people at every stage of faith—from middle school students to longtime believers. He loves helping people see how the story of God intersects with their own lives.

Jeremy and his family live in the Westerville area and love being part of the Quest community. When he’s not at church, you’ll likely find him smoking meat for a barbecue and enjoying time with his family.

I am happily married to my wife Traci since 1996. We have two daughters. I am a long time worship leader with over a two decades of experience leading worship in churches of Eight to 8,000. I love songs that tell great stories in new and fresh ways. I am a private music teacher and owner operator of Charlie Hines Studios and Cave Records. But I am also a diehard hockey fan, and enjoy finding really good bad movies and laughing about it later.

Stephanie is an educator who loves helping teach children about Jesus. Watching a child develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus is truly a gift. She is an Ohio native from the Y-City.  Stephanie enjoys reading, travel, and helping others.

Missy serves as the Office Administrator and Facility Scheduler. She has a husband and 3 kids who keep her busy, as she has been homeschooling for ten years. Now that her kids are getting older, Missy decided to enter the workforce again part time. She enjoys cheering for her 3 favorite football teams: The Ohio State Buckeyes, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Columbus Crusaders, where her daughter Eliana is a varsity cheerleader, her son Braden plays middle school football and son Lucas plays flag football and basketball.

Pauli hails from Northern Minnesota and joins Quest staff remotely, working “in the cloud” from her home office where she enjoys an empty nest with her husband Jim. The nest has frequent visitors (4 adult children and 4 grandchildren), and Pauli enjoys working part-time with numbers and caring for her grandchildren part-time, as well. Her background includes non-profit administration and cloud bookkeeping, which is what drew her to Quest. When circumstances allow, Pauli and Jim can be found walking the rugged, majestic Oregon and Washington beaches, their favorite of God’s natural creations!
